The Sommerset

The Sommerset project took a completely unfinished basement and turned it into fully livable, finished space—adding real function and real value to the home.

We built out a spacious family room designed as a comfortable gathering spot for everyday living, then added a proper bedroom complete with a code-compliant egress window for safe, legal use and plenty of natural light. Rounding out the level is a full bathroom, giving the lower floor everything it needs to stand on its own.
