The Louise Project

The Louise was a full main-floor transformation, taken right back to the studs. We
reworked the entire level from the inside out—new drywall throughout, all-new
electrical, and reconfigured openings that changed how the whole floor flows and
feels.

The heart of the project is a brand-new kitchen, complete with a custom pantry,
fresh cabinetry, and new countertops built for everyday family life. A new powder
room adds function right where it’s needed, while durable vinyl plank flooring runs
seamlessly across the entire main floor to tie the space together.

Every detail was finished to match. We installed all-new interior doors, trim, and
baseboard for a clean, cohesive look, and brought in new windows and a patio door
that flood the space with natural light and open it up to the outdoors.

The result is a bright, modern main floor that lives like a brand-new home—
delivered on schedule and on budget, with the quality craftsmanship you expect
