The Fairlane

Completed in the heart of Byron, London, Ontario, the Fairlane project was a multi-phase transformation—a step-by-step reimagining of the home for Kerry and Michael Miller.

Phase one turned an underused powder room into a far more functional three-piece bathroom, finished with clean tile throughout. In phase two, we replaced the tired upstairs carpet with a beautiful hardwood selection, adding new baseboards to complement the flooring and pull the whole level together.

The third phase brought it home with a full upstairs bathroom: a tub framed by tile walls, tile floors underfoot, and a wall-to-wall vanity that maximizes both storage and style. When one warranty call came in for a small vanity adjustment, our team took care of it right away—because standing behind our work is part of the job.
